
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans change and unexpected things happen! You may cancel your child’s enrolment up to 24 hours before the class start date to receive a full refund, no questions asked. Once classes have begun, fees are non-refundable as class spaces and teaching time have already been allocated, but we are happy to arrange make-up classes whenever possible to ensure your child still enjoys the full learning experience. If there are special circumstances such as illness or family emergencies, please reach out — we will always do our best to support you.

We aim to provide a positive learning experience for all students. As our class slots are limited, cancellations and refunds follow the guidelines below.
2. Cancellations by Parent/Student

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start date to receive a 100% refund.

Ongoing Weekly Classes

Fees are paid monthly. Once the month begins, fees are non-refundable, even if the student withdraws mid-month.

3. Cancellations by the Tutor/Company
If we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances:

A make-up class will be arranged at no additional cost, OR
-
A credit/refund will be provided for the missed session.
4. Non-Attendance

Missing a class without notice is considered a skipped session and is non-refundable.

Make-up classes may be offered, but are not guaranteed.
5. Special Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be considered for:

Supporting documents may be requested.
