Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We aim to provide a positive learning experience for all students. As our class slots are limited, cancellations and refunds follow the guidelines below.

2. Cancellations by Parent/Student

• Workshops

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start time to receive a 100% refund.

• Ongoing Weekly Classes

  • Fees are paid monthly. Once the month begins, fees are non-refundable if the student withdraws mid-month, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to be eligible for a re-schedule or receive a credit/refund.

3. Cancellations by the Tutor/Company

If we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances:

• A make-up class will be arranged at no additional cost, OR

• A credit/refund will be provided for the missed session.

4. Non-Attendance

• Missing a class without notice is considered a skipped session and is non-refundable.

• Make-up classes may be offered on special circumstances, but are not guaranteed.

5. Special Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered for:

• Medical issues

• Family emergencies

Supporting documents may be requested.
