Terms of Service
1. Definitions
1.1. “We”, “our”, “the Company” refer to Vcode.
1.2. “You” refers to parents/guardians or website visitors.
1.3. “Student” refers to the enrolled child.
2. Use of Website
Users must:
2.1. Provide accurate information during registration.
2.2. Not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
2.3. Not copy or redistribute content without permission.
3. Course Enrolment
By enrolling a child:
3.1. You agree to the pricing, schedule, and policies (cancellation, code of conduct).
3.2. You confirm you are the legal guardian of the child.
4. Payments
4.1. Payments must be made before classes begin.
4.2. We reserve the right to suspend access for unpaid fees.
5. Parent Responsibilities
Parents agree to:
5.1. Ensure the child attends classes on time.
5.2. Provide a suitable device and internet connection.
5.3. Monitor their child’s online safety when needed.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All teaching materials, videos, worksheets, and curriculum remain the property of Vcode.
6.2. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
7.1. Internet or device issues on the parent’s side
7.2. Misuse of technology by students
7.3. Consequences of the child sharing personal information without permission
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
8.1. Modify class schedules
8.2. Update course content
8.3. Adjust fees (with notice)
9. Termination
We may remove a student from the program if:
9.1. Fees are unpaid
9.2. There is repeated misconduct
9.3. Policies are violated
Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
